We are an English-only discord server. If you are not using English you will be muted. - All language and content must be family-friendly.
Do not swear or use inappropriate emojis, usernames or profile pictures. No discussion of politics, religion, race, mental illness, or other serious issues. - Keep chat clean.
No spamming, EXCESSIVE CAPS, aLtErNaTiNg CaPs, chain messages, unnecessary markdown or shameless advertisements, including DM Adsand server invites. No links in #public-general (see channel topic) - Moderators & Animators
Do not randomly @ or DM or ask to DM any SQM Staff or argue with Moderators. Do not discuss user punishments here or in any related servers. If you need help from a Mod or want to contact a Director, you can use </modhelp:1077516039451054113> in #help-and-support. - Voice channels.
Do not cause annoyance by channel hopping, being very loud, recording, stealing bots in use or adding excessively loud music to a bot. - Discord Terms

You must be 13+ or older. - No talking about past BPS drama.
While talking about SoW and Starfall is allowed, we have a 0 tolerance policy for bringing up drama and you will be muted.

We have a zero-tolerance policy, you have already been warned. Any attempt to evade a punishment will result in a permanent ban.
To report someone, tag a Moderator or create a /modhelp in #help-and-support.
To report a message simply right click (hold on phone) the message, go to Apps and click Report message (**The option with Derp's face**)
Don't post images of other creators.
Make your own creations for creations/fan art wall.
Don't post NSFW on SQM. It will result in an immediate ban.

- No excessive @ mentions, yes even if it is important. Let's face it - mentions can be a pain in the butt. If you are in dire need of assistance from a staff member or another player, PLEASE either ping @Helper or send the user a DM to ensure your message is conveyed in a non-annoying and respectful fashion.
- No excessive caps or CaPiTaL vArIaTiOns.
- No spamming.
- Respect text channel guidelines.
- Advertisements are not permitted unless the user is granted permission by a Moderator or Administrator.
- VOICE CHANNEL RULES
- No excessive hopping between voice channels.
- Be courteous. This should go without saying. It includes leaving if you are respectfully asked to do so, being considerate with music bot usage, and filtering your behavior accordingly.
- No screaming or earrape material. This includes music bots.
- PUNISHMENTS
- Depending on the rule broken, punishment may vary between a kick, ban, or mute. A staff member will contact you the reason for punishment.
- If there is a rule breaker, please notify us by using @Helper

Don't provide users with false information wether it is support related or not, if you don't know or are unsure simply don't say anything.
- Outside server behavior
We usually will not intervene in matters outside of our platform however in certain cases a user may be investigated if they cause direct or indirect damage / problems to this community as a whole. We reserve the right to investigate or dismiss any of these cases reported by our users depending on the severity of the issue.
- Account safety
Your are responsible for what happens to/with your discord account. Punishments will no longer be lifted for reasons such as "X used my account" or "my account got hacked".
- Report staff abuse
If you feel like staff is abusing their powers or if there something else you would like to tell us about a certain staff member please make sure to send an email at abuse@songs-of-war.com
- Other discord servers
Other Discord servers that are connected to the Songs of War Game (Example: Clan / Town Discords) are not endorsed, official or managed by the Songs of War Game staff team, join them at your own risk, these Discords may contain inappropriate material and we are not responsible to what happens to you if you decide to join them.
